Running without heat
Tell us whether the drum turns normally and whether any cycle produces heat. A symptom alone cannot identify a failed heating component.
Long drying times
Describe how many cycles a normal load now takes and whether the change was gradual. An appliance issue and an airflow issue can look similar.
Noise or a drum that will not turn
Describe the sound and when it occurs. Stop the machine if something seems unsafe; do not remove panels to investigate.
Before your appointment
Share the model number and any access restrictions, especially for stacked laundry. Avoid running extra cycles just to demonstrate a problem.
Repair it or replace it?
We distinguish the appliance repair from any separate vent work needed. Ask what the diagnosis covers and approve the repair estimate before work starts.
What does a visit cost?
Service calls are $115 in Bend and $125 outside Bend within our service area. You approve the repair price before work begins. Your visit includes our 90-day service call warranty; ask us about the scope for your repair.
