Identify which burner or zone is affected and whether the others work normally. Do not remove panels or attempt wiring repairs.
Controls or door problems
Describe the display, buttons, or door behavior. Mention whether the problem began after cleaning or a power interruption.
Before your appointment
Photograph an accessible model label and describe built-in or wall-oven access. Do not move a range or disconnect its gas or electrical supply for a photo.
Repair it or replace it?
Model details matter when checking parts and repair options. We confirm the diagnosis and explain the estimate before starting the repair. For an immediate gas, smoke, or fire hazard, use emergency services rather than the booking form.
What does a visit cost?
Service calls are $115 in Bend and $125 outside Bend within our service area. You approve the repair price before work begins. Your visit includes our 90-day service call warranty; ask us about the scope for your repair.
