Good Service Goes Both Ways

Originally published August 2026 · about a 2-minute read · by JJ

We care a lot about getting your household running again. Probably more than is reasonable for people discussing a dishwasher on their day off.

But even a well-stocked tool bag has its limits. We didn’t design the appliance. We don’t control the factory’s parts supply. And if a backordered part takes the scenic route, we promise it isn’t hiding in our garage.

Here’s what you can count on

We’ll explain what we find, talk through your options and keep you informed when something changes. If there’s a concern about our work, tell us. We’ll take it seriously, review the details and work with you on the next step.

A manufacturer defect, a shipping delay and a repair issue can need very different solutions. We’ll help untangle which is which, take responsibility for our work and be straightforward about what we can—and can’t—control.

Good notes. Fewer crossed wires.

We keep service notes, estimates and written correspondence so everyone has a clear record of what was discussed, approved and done. It helps us answer questions with facts instead of a spirited game of “I thought you said.” If something doesn’t look right, let’s review it together.

A little respect goes a long way

Frustration is understandable. Questions, complaints and honest reviews are welcome—even when the feedback is hard to hear. You don’t have to be delighted to deserve a respectful response.

We ask for that same respect for our people. Threats, harassment or unsafe behavior may mean pausing a conversation or visit until it can continue safely. That boundary is about behavior, not about whether you agree with us.

We’ll bring the tools, the explanations and a healthy amount of patience. You bring the questions. The appliance can supply the drama.

Better Days Appliance Repair. Here to help, with clear expectations and respect going both ways.
